  • Incident Review Policy and Procedures: Any injury or significant incident is followed up with an incident review, which is designed to identify and remove the root cause.

Jobsite Hazard Analysis (JHA): Completed by the sales technician or project manager on the initial site visit, all existing and potential hazards are identified. Safe practices to work around the hazards are highlighted as well. The JHA will go with the crew as they mobilize on site.

Tailgate Safety Meeting: Both a project-specific and a job build up version are available. They are both geared towards specific hazards and safe practices.

Critical Lift Form: Mandatory for any lift projected at over 90% of chart or critical due to other criteria, this form will identify potential hazards and specify the lift parameters to avoid any compounding error.

Operator Assessment: A hands-on assessment of operator skills. Our highly trained operators and riggers often hold multiple certifications from training facilities that are recognized at the State and Federal levels. These certifications are a minimum standard for crane operation. This tool verifies competency relative to specific equipment.

Behavioral Based Safety Program: Behavioral Based Safety cards are utilized to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors, along with recognizing safe conditions and behaviors. This creates a level of safety performance that is repeatable.

Driver Safety Performance Cards: Driver Safety Performance cards list several steps and items that each driver knows and uses while on the road and in the field each day. These steps ensure our drivers remain safe and watch out for the safety of others.
